rename_super_agent_session

Search recorded calls by date, rep, team, keyword, opportunity, CRM fields, or transcript content. Returns a list of matching calls with titles, dates, participants, and scores within the authenticated user scope. Use transcript_search to find calls where specific words or phrases were spoken (e.g., "find calls discussing pricing"). When the match falls inside the transcript body, the result includes speaker-level snippets; otherwise only call metadata is returned. The title and CRM-account-name filters cover different surfaces, so a company-name query that may live on either one is best served by running both — once with the title filter, once with crm_field_entity_code="account", crm_field_field_name="Name", crm_field_values=["company name"] — then merging and deduplicating the results by ID. Note: transcript_search cannot be combined with crm_field_*, opportunity_id, participant_email, rep_email, rep_id, or title filters. Use transcript_search OR those filters, not both. If you need both, run two separate searches and cross-reference the IDs. transcript_search CAN be combined with from_date, to_date, team_id, and hide_* filters.

search_calls

Autonomous agent with access to search, CRM data and other integrations. Best for complex or open-ended questions that go beyond analyzing specific calls. Creates a new session if no session_id is provided. Waits up to 15 seconds for a synchronous response. If the response is not ready, it returns status 'processing' and a session_id — poll with get_super_agent_session_history every 15-20 seconds until the assistant message appears. Super-agent responses are final synthesized output — treat them as authoritative rather than raw data to re-summarize.

send_super_agent_message

Force-sync CRM entity and field definitions from the CRM platform. Useful after CRM schema changes. Requires admin access.

sync_crm_fields

Dry-run one numeric scorecard item prompt against one conversation using the same playground pipeline as the Attention testing window. Supply scorecard_id and item_id to test deployed values, optionally overriding draft prompt fields; or supply a complete draft title and numeric_scorecard_metadata. Returns score, explanation, and timestamped evidence without writing scorecard results. Requires mcp:write and an organization context.
